Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with any available tracking information.
Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver all orders within 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, peak periods, or adverse weather conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be dispatched once all items are available, unless otherwise stated. Full payment is taken at the time of purchase.
Click & Collect
We offer a click and collect option for local customers.
Once your order is ready, collection must be arranged directly with Chris or Dave. You will be contacted with details on how to organise a suitable collection time.
Please do not attempt to collect your order until arrangements have been confirmed.
Delays & Issues
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time frame, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
